What is Labiaplasty and how does it work?
Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure designed to reshape the labia minora (inner lips) or labia majora (outer lips). At Revive, we use advanced techniques—such as Trim Labiaplasty (removing excess tissue from the outer edge) or Wedge Labiaplasty (removing a wedge from the thickest part)—to reduce size, improve symmetry, and relieve discomfort caused by excess tissue.
How is recovery like after Labiaplasty?
Labiaplasty is an outpatient procedure. You will be able to go home the same day. You may experience some light vaginal bleeding or pain. You will get pain prescriptions to help you the first few days. All stitches are dissolvable and do not need to be removed in the office. Any swelling usually resolves within two weeks. Scars are minor and hard to notice once you are completely healed.
Most patients return to work few days after the surgery and can resume normal activities within a week. You can resume physical exercise by 4 weeks, and sexual activity by 6 weeks.

Are the results of Labiaplasty permanent?
